Prepare to step back to the days when dinosaurs and Ice Age beasts roamed the Earth. Open in Ottawa for just a few more days, The Lost Kingdoms: From Jurassic to the Ice Age combines two historic periods to bring everyone’s favorite massive and ferocious creatures back to life!
The Lost Kingdoms is split into two sections: Jurassic and Ice Age. In one area you’ll see old favorites like the T. Rex, Triceratops, Velociraptors, and many more. In the other you’ll walk past Wooly Mammoths, Mastodons, Sabre-Toothed Tigers, and Giant Sloths, just to name a few!
Every creature you’ll see comes to life with blinking eyes, moving tails, and opening jaws. But kids won’t just have a blast marveling at the creatures—they’ll have fun learning too! The 40+ animatronics stand alongside informational panels detailing what made each creature so special.
And The Lost Kingdoms doesn’t just teach kids about the dinos and animals we all know and love. The experience also features lesser-known creatures such as the Protoceratops and Tsintaosaurus. Kids can even feel like archaeologists themselves by checking out the excavation pit!
The Lost Kingdoms: From Jurassic to the Ice Age is now open at Wesley Clover Parks (401 Corkstown Rd, Nepean), but it leaves on July 9! There’s no better way to enjoy summer than with dinos and Ice Age giants, so get your tickets while they’re still available!
