Looking to try something fun to do this summer on the water? One of Ottawa’s favourite workout studios, Inner Soul Fitness, is continuing their series of Paddle Board Yoga classes.
Every week, you can join Nicole, a passionate Inner Soul Fitness instructor, for a yoga class on the water. One of the nicest ways to get active and cool off before the week ahead, paddle board yoga is a must-try. Each class, you’ll adventure through Ottawa’s most beautiful inlets to relax and mediate on the calm water beneath the weeping willows. Can you think of a more serene way to do your yoga practice?
Whether it’s your first yoga class ever or you’re an experienced yogi, this fun class is made for everyone. Each class runs sunrise or sunset and since covid, have been drastically growing in popularity.
Depending on interest, the classes run at sunrise on Saturday mornings and at sunset throughout the week. This Saturday, July 4th, you can pop in on an Acro-yoga class and test your balance with a partner! Otherwise, their next Paddle board yoga class is next Saturday, July 11th!
